I love that quote!  It reflects the idea of being present, which is rarely someone’s state of mind when they are eating. Most people are constantly on the go and eating mindlessly. It’s easy to sabotage yourself this way, eating empty, non-nutritious foods on the go, without thoughtful planning behind your food choices.
