I’m Liz Blike. I would be happy to get you started on a new path or new journey to better health.

As a registered dietitian specializing in clinical nutrition, elimination diets, gut health and weight management, I help people stop and take a look at the habits they have developed over the years. Then I help them make the slow simple changes that can ultimately get them back on track to a healthier lifestyle.

To make it even easier, my services are all virtual! I meet all my clients online. That way, we can work together on a productive plan to meet your nutritional goals no matter where you live, or how busy your life is.

We will get to know each other well. Sometimes our conversations will feel like a therapy session. During those conversations, during which we will work together to create goals around a diagnosis or a symptom that is treatable with the appropriate medical nutrition therapy. We will discuss dietary changes and exercise habits, look at stress management, and consider opportunities to incorporate integrative nutrition therapies.

Another important focus of my practice is advising women who are going through peri-menopause and menopause. Adapting proactively as our hormones change is the best way to preserve muscle and manage weight.

I’m proud to be known for my evidence-based approach, patient-centered care, and the experience to incorporate principles of Integrative Nutrition as well. Committed to improving health outcomes and promoting well-being, I bring both extensive knowledge and deep passion for helping people achieve their nutritional goals to every client relationship.
